Hey, I'm Judyta

I look beyond the plate — to the patterns underneath.
My name is Judyta Kiszko, a UK-trained Registered Dietitian working across both the NHS and private practice, specialising in weight management and emotional eating.
I am HCPC registered, a member of the BDA, and hold a postgraduate qualification in Psychodietetics — allowing me to support not just what you eat, but why you eat.
I work with individuals who feel stuck in cycles of dieting, frustration, and starting over — because struggling with your weight is rarely just about food.
Understanding why things haven't worked before
It’s about the moments you turn to eating when you feel overwhelmed. The patterns that feel impossible to break. The cycle of being “on track” — and then falling off again.
My approach focuses on helping you understand why things haven’t worked before — and what your body truly needs in order to change that.
Alongside this, I support patients using GLP-1 medications, providing tailored, evidence-based guidance and personalised nutrition plans designed around your lifestyle, needs, and goals.

A multidisciplinary foundation
BSc Human Nutrition
University of Westminster, London — the science of how food shapes the body.
BSc Dietetics
Cardiff Metropolitan University — clinical, evidence-based dietetic practice.
PG Psychodietetics
National Louis University — the psychology of eating: emotions, habits, beliefs and daily patterns.
I hold a degree in Human Nutrition from the University of Westminster in London, followed by a degree in Dietetics from Cardiff Metropolitan University, and a postgraduate qualification in Psychodietetics from National Louis University. This multidisciplinary background allows me to look beyond food alone and consider the whole person — including emotions, habits, beliefs, and daily patterns.
After working with patients across both clinical and private settings, I've seen how often weight loss focuses on short-term results — without the support needed to maintain them. That's why my work is centred on long-term, sustainable change.
This is not another restrictive plan
It's a personalised, evidence-based approach designed to support you long-term — helping you rebuild your relationship with food, create realistic structure, and feel more in control of your choices.
Because when you start to understand your patterns, everything begins to shift.
